Ans:- History is the study of the past events of mankind and the record of time. In other words, "history" is a subject that encompasses the recollection, discovery, collection, organization, presentation, and interpretation of past events. History is a continuous, systematic narrative of past events relating to a particular people, country, time, socio-cultural, individual, etc., usually written as a chronological account. The purpose of history is to shed light on the past, which is done through the discovery and study of historical sources.

Ans- The origin of the word History is associated with the Greek word Historia which means information or an enquiry designed to elicit truth.

Ans:- Recorded history can be re-edited but the history of events that have happened cannot be rewritten. Whether we like it or not, history cannot be changed.
